A six month rehabilitation program that has three components; physical fitness, self-help, education and community service.
A regimen of early morning workouts five days a week using military structured physical training as the cor workout. All workout are lead by senior leaders and are structured to emphasize self-control and discipline, The discipline is enhanced through implementation of military cadence on group workouts/runs, drill and ceremony, and team building activities.
Participants learn life skills needed to become productive and knowledgeable members of the community. Our curriculum consists of over 15 different subjects that range from personal development and anger management, to today's technology and financial literacy.
